Sometimes a I think this blog should be called, “Recipe Hacks.” These cookies are amazing and are originally from this recipe.
I used a few tablespoons of pink sugar crystals in place of the sprinkles, rolled each cookie into a 1″-1.5″ ball and baked on the top rack at 300 for 15 minutes.
Would be great for Easter Baskets!

I replaced the shortening/oil with 1/4 cup margarine and a couple splashes of oil. Chunky peanutbutter gives an awesome flavor boost!
