Not meaning to, I did a faster remake of a more complicated recipe I have been making for twenty years…
1/2 lb Mini Farfalle
1 lb ground beef
8 oz can sliced mushrooms
26 oz jar Ragu Old World Style Mushroom Pasta Sauce
As much shredded Mozzarella as you dare!
Boil pasta with 2 tsp salt and a tbsp veg. oil according to pkg. directions, brown ground beef, drain if needed. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Add remaining ingredients(except cheese)to the ground beef, transfer to a casserole dish. Generously top with the cheese, bake until cheese is partially golden brown and bubbly. Then, watch it disappear!
