Happy Happy Hummus

The library called the other day and finally, whoever forgot to return Happy, Happy, Happy for 10 weeks(it seemed like it)returned it and now I’m reading it, hence my Duck Dynasty inspired hummus name. So not to copyright infringe ole Phil-Baby, I only used 2 Happys.

My original, newly thought up recipe:

1) 15.5 oz can chick peas

3) tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

3) 1/4 cup peanut butter

10) drops(about 3 shakes)of Tabasco

1/4) tsp salt

1/2) tsp garlic powder

Enough water to make a smooth, delicious, nutty, beany paste.

Blend in a food processor or heavy duty blender(I used a mini processor.) Add the water about a tbsp at a time so your hummus won’t be too thin.

I didn’t have any pita bread or crackers so that justified me eating the entire batch. I cancelled all the calories out, I went on a 30 minute run after! 😉
