Shelli’s Veggie Beef Noodle Soup


SO flavorFULL!

2 lbs ground beef

64oz Great Value Tomato Juice

2 beef bouillon cubes Aldi Brand

1 Tbsp McCormick Low Sodium Meatloaf Seasoning

1 can Great Value Green Beans(drained)

1 can Great Value Corn(drained)

1/2 bag Creamette Extra Wide Egg Noodles

Brown ground beef, drain, add all ingredients except noodles. Simmer on medium low for 1 hour, add noodles, cook an additional 15 minutes, serve and enjoy!

**Update: The noodles absorb lots of juice, add less, maybe half, to have a brothier soup. Either way is delish!!!
