Sweet Tea and Cornbread’s Chicken Enchiladas

This recipe has been on my to do list for a while…

Obviously, a food stylist I am not but boy these are yummy! I made a few modifications: I used Sharp Cheddar and Mozzarella and only used 4oz. Of sour cream. In the white sauce I threw in about a half cup of each of the cheeses, careful not to overheat or the sauce will break with the addition of the cheeses.

I served them with Old El Paso Refrides…please don’t use generic, they are icky! Stir in a tablespoon of bacon grease to make them taste authentic. My fridge door always houses a container of bacon grease, always. It’s perfectly legal.

Be sure to Like Sweet Tea and Cornbread on Facebook, you won’t be sorry!
